Does every car qualify for $500?
The $500 minimum is for qualifying cars that can be driven in and have a title. Send accurate details first. Get approval, the agreed price, and the drop-off location before making the trip.
What if my car doesn’t run?
Choose “Come pick it up” and send the car details and ZIP code. We’ll confirm the offer and whether pickup is available at your location. Pickup offers are separate from the drive-in minimum.
Where do I bring my car?
Text first to arrange a drop-off appointment. We’ll give you the location and confirm the price and documents needed. Please don’t drive over without confirmation.
Do I have to accept the offer?
No. Request an offer, ask your questions, and decide whether it works for you. Confirm payment and handover arrangements before accepting.
